When will I receive my order?

If your order is sent out with lettermail you will receive your package 2-3 days after the processing time.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 5 hours of placing your order at info.studiocare@gmail.com (please do not send us a direct message on instagram)

 

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

We usually start working on your order as soon as it is placed but please contact us as soon as possible at info.studiocare@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Orders sent by lettermail will not receive a notification email. 

Once we have finished processing your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

 

Who can I contact if there are any issues with my order?

Please send an email with your order number to info.studiocare@gmail.com and We will get back to you as soon as possible!

 

My package did not arrive in the mail, what can I do?

If your order did not arrive in time, it may be because the package has been delayed. Or it could possibly got lost in the mail. Send us an email with your order number to info.studiocare@gmail.com and we will provide our service and look for your package so you will still get your order.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within the EU.
